Amanye amahlangothi wokuHlolwa kwemiSebenzi azakubekwa yiKomiti ePhetheko ye-SALGBC ngeemphakamiso ezenziwe maPhiko wamaPhrovinsi we-SALGBC.

b wokuhlela ukukhonjwa kweenhlangano zamalunga we-PJEC;
c wokwenza amalungiselelo wokukhutjhwa ngokuzeleko kwamalunga we-PJEC ukusukela ngelanga lokufezakalisa;
d wokubiza umhlangano wokuthoma we-PJEC ukubonisana ngamalungiselelo nokudlulisela phambili ukutlama kokuthonywa kokufezakalisa;
e wokusungula ikambiso yokutlolwa kokumumethwe msebenzi njengombana kubekwe enomborweni 2 Sahluko C.
UNobhala Mazombe we-SALGBC uzakutlolela amaPhiko wamaPhrovinsi abawe bonyana enze iimphakamiso ngokuhlonywa kwamahlangothi wokuHlolwa kwemiSebenzi ngaphasi kwePhiko labo.
Ngokuvuma kweKomiti ePhetheko ye-SALGBC namkha ukutjhuguluka kweemphakamiso zayo, amaPhiko wamaPhrovinsi azakuthatha amagadango aragela phambili ngokutlhogekako ukuqiniseka bona:
a abomasipala abathintekako bakhetha umPhathi wokuHlolwa kwemiSebenzi weemFunda ezivunyiweko zokuHlolwa kwemiSebenzi;
b ayabonisana ngemahlelo waboMasipala mayelana nokunikelwa kwabasebenzi ukuhloma iYunithi yokuHlolwa kwemiSebenzi kanye namagadango afanako ngokuya kokufuneka kwawo ukuhloma isekelo lezokuphatha nobuthekniki ekufezakaliseni;
c ahlela ukukhonjwa kweenhlangano zamalunga we-PJEC;
d enza amalungiselelo wokukhutjhwa ngokuzeleko kwamalunga we-PJEC ukusukela ngelanga lokufezakalisa;
e abiza umhlangano wokuthoma we-PJEC ukubonisana ngamalungiselelo nokudlulisela phambili ukutlama kokuthonywa kokufezakalisa;
f asungula ikambiso yokutlolwa kokumumethwe msebenzi njengombana kubekwe enomborweni 2 Sahluko C.
AMAKOMITI AMAKHULU WOKUHLOLWA KWEMISEBENZI (Ama-PJEC)
Ukwakhiwa Nesikhathi Sokusebenza
Ama-PJEC azakwakhiwa baqatjhi abalandelako neenhlangano ezijamele abasebenzi:
a Abajameli abane 4 babaQatjhi kufaka hlangana umPhathi wokuHlolwa kwemiSebenzi okhonjiweko;
b Abajameli abane 4 babaSebenzi ababili 2 okungababuya ku-SAMWU kanye nababili 2 ababuya ku-IMATU.
Isazi sizakubakhona esikhathini sokuthoma, ngokuya kwesivumelwano ne-HCC, kuthi ngemva kwalokho nalokha nakufunekako kezobutheknikhali, ukwelusa nokuyelelisa.
Abathintekako bazakukhomba kesinye nesinye isifunda sokuHlolwa komsebenzi abadlegani begodu bangajamiselela umjameli ngesinye nesinye isikhathi ngokuya ngokudlhegana okunjalo namkha umjameli obandulwa ngokuzeleko.
Nayikuthi ngesibanga esinye nesinye umjameli uyazitsomula, namkha uyasuswa eKomitini kusibopho sehlangano ukukhetha omunye ozakuthatha isikhundla ngokuya kwebandulo4 nokuqinisekiswa.

I-PJEC inesibopho sokulungiselela, ukwelusa, ukutlama kanye nokufezakalisa ikambiso yokuHlolwa kwazo zoke iinkhala nemisebenzi endaweni yomthetho ewela ngaphasi kwayo, ngokuya kwesiqunto semibango ukobanyana umThetho wamaHlelo kaMasipala, iSigaba 57 abaPhathi bafakiwe namkha abakafakwa ekulinganisweni kwemisebenzi, kuye ngemihlahlandlela ebekwe ngaphasi.
Nanyana ngimaphi amatjhuguluko wokufezakalisa namkha amahlelo ahlongozwako kufanele alethwe eKomitini ngaphambi kokuvunywa.

Amalungelo Neembopho Zamalunga

Izakuphelela emsebenzini wokuhlola ngokuya kokuqinisekiswa namkha ukutjhugululwa kokutholwe yi-PJEC.
